Getting Enough Sleep

Don’t go without sleep, no matter how much you have to do. It will also give you dark circles and puffy skin around your eyes. Eight full hours of sleep is beauty sleep.

Detoxing

Giving yourself a good detoxing will help clear and focus your mind while making you healthy. Drink eight glasses of water or other low sugar drink every day. You should also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Exfoliating Your Skin

You should regularly exfoliate your skin in the weeks before your wedding. This will help you look your best and can help you feel your best. Two or three times a week is ideal. You can use a commercial exfoliation scrub, or go with an all natural homemade scrub. Just mix papaya juice, tomato juice, lemon juice, and rice flour into a paste. The combination of gentle acids and mild abrasives will do wonders.

The key to getting to your wedding day in one piece is taking proper care of yourself. Take some time each day for yourself, no matter how busy you are.
