Here are some common questions about our services.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit card, and all major credit cards. We also accept payment through Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. We make it super easy for you to make a payment on your invoice online.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, we can create a payment plan for you. We will discuss a payment schedule that works for you and you can make payments online. All images and other products will be presented after the last payment is made.

Will you hold our session date?

When you book us, we require a 20% retainer. This guarantees that your date and time are secured.

What if we are running late?

We understand that the traffic in New York can be hectic and the trains don’t always run when they should. Please try to leave out a bit earlier on the day of the event. If you do arrive late, your time will be cut short. If you would like to extend the time, there will be a charge of $30 for every 10 minutes that you will require our services. Please let us know if you’re running late.

We are a same sex couple. Will you offer your services to us?

Absolutely! We are committed to diversity and photograph everyone regardless of race, sexual preference, sexual identity, religious background, or political affiliation. Your love story deserves to be captured.

We want you to photograph us getting ready for our city hall wedding. Will you be able to travel to our location?

Yes, I can come to your home or hotel to photograph the getting ready process. Contact me to discuss the details and to make a booking.

What if we want to change the time of our appointment?

You will have two rescheduling credits. You can change your appointment time with a minimum notification of 24 hours before the event. Please ready our Payment & Cancellation Policy

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we carry a $1,000,000 business liability insurance ($2,000,000 general aggregate).  We can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

How many photos will receive?

You will receive a minimum of 50 images per hour

Do you offer discounts?

Our prices are designed to offer the best deal to our clients so we are unable to provide any discounts. We do offer payment plans that allow you to pay your invoice over a period of time. Just let us know you would like to get on a payment plan when you contact us.

Can we reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule once. After that we will have to charge a resheduling fee.
