Payment + Cancellation Policy
Just A Love Story accepts payment via cash, debit and all major credit cards. A retainer is required upon booking any of our services unless otherwise noted. This secures your date and is non-refundable.
Each client is allowed two rescheduling credits for their event. Any additional request to reschedule will incur a $50 rescheduling fee and must be paid immediately to reserve your new date. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against your rescheduling credits.
Elopement and City Hall wedding payments are paid on a schedule outlined at the time you book your event with Just A Love Story. If you cancel your wedding or event, you are no longer obligated to pay the balance of your investment. As a courtesy, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if your event will be cancelled. Weddings with a contract will include a different cancellation policy.
We are an independent, professional, full service photography company and we try our best to work with each client and understand that their needs are unique. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same just as we value each client the same.
